Photo Software Problem?

    I HAVE A PHOTO PRINTING SOFTWARE PROBLEM. IT IS CANON EZ PHOTO PRINTING SOFTWARE THAT CAME WITH MY CANON PIXMA PRINTER.IT IS GREAT SOFTWARE BUT I AM STARTING TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT WHEN I OPEN IT NOW AND START TO OPEN MY PICS IT SAYS BJEZPRN HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE. IHAVE TRIED TO UNINSTALL IT AND REINSTALL IT IT DOESNT SEEM TO HELP:confused:

    Try the steps below and see if it helps.

    1. Uninstall the software.
    2. Reboot the computer.
    3. Disable your Anti-Virus (especially if you are using Norton's).
    4. Reinstall the software.
    5. Run the program, see if it's ok.
    6. If all seems alright, reboot, re-enable the Anti-Virus.
