Hi! I have a picture of a friends truck, and would like to distort the licence plate number so it's not able to be read. Just for privacy reasons.

How can I do this? I have Picasa2 and Paint programs on the computer. Will any of those do the trick? A step by step explanation for "dummies" would be much appreciated, lol.
    :p

    Thank you!
    :)

Picasa2 won't do the job, but you could use Paint to hide the number. Open Paint, click File, then Open. Browse to where your pic is, click on it and it should show in the File name box below, then click the open button. That puts it on the Paint work area. Then center the license plate, so you can work on it, click the eyedropper-like tool (pick color), click it on the license plate outside of the numbers.
Then choose the spray can (airbrush), pick the spray pattern you want and spray across the numbers being careful to stay with in the license plate. There is an undo feature in edit menu. When satisfied, save the pic.
