Photoshop CS3 Not Under Add or Remove Programs

I recently downloaded Photoshop CS3 from this forum because I just re-formatted my computer a few weeks ago. This version has a few corrupted filters that aren't working, so I decided to uninstall it, then install it again. The problem is, the program isn't even under Add or Remove Programs. I've tried to remove it with CCleaner, Your Uninstaller!, Revo Uninstaller, and the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE method. Is this program even installed into my computer? Because it shows up under my Program Files, but there's no uninstaller for it. How can I remove it now? Thanks in advance.

Thanks. It's kind of worked, but the icon is still on my desktop. And when I go to remove it, it tells me to delete it from the add or remove programs list.

 

Right click anywhere on desktop and choose Arrange icons by > Run desktop clean up wizard, and see if that moves it.

You could also try running CCleaner's registry cleaner part again.
