Hello :) today I noticed a problem in photoshop that would only let me use a certain amount of filters.. everything else is greyed out and im not sure how to fix it. when I create a new selection (like a bar or something) i dont have options to use all filters like I did before... I just recently switched computers and it was fine on the other one.. not sure what exactly could be different now :(. I cant fix it and was wondering maybe one of you knew how.. heres a screenshot of the filter selection

The link you provided doesn't work but I'll have a go at it anyway.

Make sure you are using at least an RGB color mode. Go to Image, Mode and make sure the checkmark is next to RGB Color or better. Also make sure you are using 8Bits/channel mode and not 16.
