PHP support for Win2k

hey web developers,

I'd appreciate some help here... We've been running our web with a hosting company for years but would like to host our own.
Thing is, I've forgotten that we have a php script page(feedback form) and our 2k server is not ready for that. So the question would be --- what php server app. is the best and where can i get one for free?
Also, if you don't mind, can you give me some ideas on how to make web page look awsome without knowing alot of developing...??

There were some good insights there, thanks to theefool.
But it doesn't say anything about which product is a good, solid & free PHP software.
Do you know of One? And where to obtain one?
