LOL...it was pretty chilly yesterday because of the wind coming in off the ocean....the waves at the end of the pier were quite large. Ocean temps are averaging 58 - 62 degrees right now.

Your welcome Cindy....I bet things ARE hopping down there! When we went down town yesterday...kinda snuck into an area we shouldn't have been....took us forever to get through the line of traffic to where they search the vehicles but it was worth it....we saw so much!

BTW! Chris stopped off at target on his way home from work the other day...we needed toilet paper...Gene Hackman was in there...he was NOT buying toilet paper...LOL

Thanks GT! Surprisingly the traffic wasn't bad at all down town yesterday..especially considering the amount of people that were there..Holy!...the crowds were unbelievable....they have several parking areas just outside of the city and are shuttling people in by bus.

Just kidding, we're doing okay, and though we miss her alot, I'm glad we have the luxury of her being able to go out there like this and be a support to her family and see her Dad.

Thanks! And you're welcome! It really wasn't so bad yesterday...it was the wind that was wicked...my ears were hurting from the cold when we were out on the pier...first time I experienced that since I moved south so it was bad enough! lol

 

like I said, I leave for a few days, and the whole world goes to pot. Can't leave these guys alone for a minute.
