Picture for Forum user

    I have attempted several times to download a picture for my account. The picture is displayed on the Edit page, but when I go to save the changes I get "Upload of file failed." So, what in blazes am I supposed to do now? :confused

    eh happened to me too. I waited for a couple days and then it worked I am not sure what the problem is though.

    Size also has a bearing on this.
    The maximum size of your custom image is 125 by 125 pixels or 97.7 KB (whichever is smaller).

    Obviously I didn't read that part. I have resized the picture, it is now 125x103 pixels and the size is 14.8KB. I still get an "Upload failed" message. Now what? rolleyes

    Sometimes the file type is the problem.

    Try resizing again down to 64X64 or 7.8kb whichever is largest for you and see what happens.
