Picture help

There is a picture i would like to use as my avatar but the size is too big. Is there any way to decrease the pixels. Sorry I have no clue what iam talking about

 

Post it and someone will resize it. I've got photoshop open so go ahead

No need i figured out how to do it myself on photo program i have. But thank you anyway. Those penguins own

 

Penguins a bit small though.
