   I used a program once that you could make a picture stretch,twist or distort.
   Was wondering if any one knew the name of it,or were I could get it.

   Many apps could do this and a few are here http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads37.html Adobes PS Starter, Art Rage2, PhotoMeister and PhotoPlus maybe able to do these tasks, generally I would use Photoshop and its filters or MSFT Digital Image Pro suite.
   
   If you had a name of this app you used to use or a general year of its release it maybe easier to find right app?
