I play a lot of UT online and was wondering if 100 to 115 pings is a good rate? If not how do I go about decreasing the value. Would altering my TTL and/or MTU ( or other such values ) help reduce lag and increase FPS, or be detrimental. I'm based in B.C. and most likley the server's I play @ are State-side. I know this distance will increase my lag/ping rate so maybe there's nothing I can do.... please help, comments would be appreciated.

    Depends on your net connection.

I have a wireless connection and am pretty happy with pings like that.
