Pinpoint Network Activity

Recently I've noticed a huge increase in my ping through a game that is very ping-sensitive. I've installed nothing new, so I think it's something on my network. The only real network tool I've installed is SoftPerfect Bandwidth Manager, which is used to limit bandwidth, not so much monitor and see into it.

What can I download to see what is going on on the network that might be causing me to ping so high?

 

Anyone? This is really troubling me.
