Pk Signer Certificate

    Security warning on boot: You are about to install a certificate from a certification authority (CA) claiming to represent PK Signer. Windows cannot validate that the certificate is actually from "PK Signer". You should confirm its origin by contacting "Pk Signer"> The following number will assist you in the is process: Thumbprint (sha1): {bunch of alphanumerics}.
    I choose No when it asks to install but reappears after reboot. How to troubleshoot this?
    I'm on patched Win10 Pro ver. 22H2 build 19045.4291
