   Help,after installing serv. pack 2, nothing will open , including my control panel.It says "not a valid Windows32 application" . I want to restore system to previous state, but my control panel will not let me add/remove or roll back anything.
   I have searched microsoft help, dell, ect. and I am not getting specific enough info to help.
