Please check attachments

    Hello
    Could you please check attachments.
    IE and Outlook express timing out and runnng very slow.
    I have followed cleaning directions and there has been a small improvement but still not good.
    Hope you can advise me.

    You attached the log from ComboFix twice just using different names. You need to attach the MGlogs.zip file from running MGtools.

    Odds are your problems are not malware.


    You are way out of date with your version of SUPERAntiSpyware.
    • Please uninstall your current version (this is necessary).
    • Then download this SUPERAntiSpyware
    • Install this new version. It may tell you that you need to reboot to complete the installation. You must reboot at this time.
    • After the reboot, run SUPERAntiSpyware and immediately click the Check for Updates button to get more updates for the database.
    • Now run a new full scan of your system. And attach this new log.

    I am having problems with logs. Downloaded latest SuperAntiSpyware, ran it and it was clear but I was unable to find a log. MGTools log is in the Zip file and I am not sure how to get at it to attached only the one file. (Thought I was computer literate).
    I think you are right about Malware not being the problem, I am keeping it clean that way.
    Maybe I need to go to another forum that will help me cleanup the computer.

    Just like you attached the other files. ;) Basically when the Manage Attachment forum opens, you can just type in C:\MGlogs.zip and click the Upload button. You don't need to browse for it since that is the full path and file name.
