    Hello again gentlemen. This is a return trip to the forums for my wife's grandmothers machine. I Had my wife do the readme/runme and these are her logs. Any help is deeply appreciated.

    additional logs, but states the combo-fix log is too big.

    Nevermind....Gramma couldn't take being without her pc any longer, it was up and running, just was hoping to get a final ok from you guys before we let her have it back, but she was a little impatient....Thanks again and keep up the good work.

    You are way out of date with the version of MGtools. You need to always download the current version.

    Also you did not attach the ComboFix log.

    There is more malware to remove so it would be best to update MGtools and attach a new log along with a combofix log.

    Also you are running both AVG8 and Authentium Antivirus (this came with Verizon's Radial Point Software Security Suite). You need to uninstall one.
