In order for us to properly help you fix any malware problems on your PC, you must follow our standard procedures given in the sticky threads. We also require that HijackThis be installed and run properly and the logs be attachments to messages.

Make sure you observe step 3 in the READ & RUN ME below. You have multiple AVs running:
C:\Program Files\Acceleration Software\Anti-Virus\stopsignav.exe <---- this program from eAcceleration is not recommended. You should uninstall it.
C:\PROGRA~1\Grisoft\AVGFRE~1\avgcc.exe

Also look in Add/Remove programs for MyWebSearch and uninstall if found.


Please follow the steps below:

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.


After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
