Please help analysing logs

Hi,

I have checked two computers recently and RogueKiller displayed some findings/warnings. My question is if those findings are anything to worry about:

- C:\Program Files (x86)\Smart File Advisor\sfa.exe" /checkassoc
- \??\C:\Users\pc\AppData\Local\Temp\kxrdikoc.sys

- "C:\Users\pc\AppData\Local\Temp\cis15B1.exe" --PostUninstall {15198508-521A-4D69-8E5B-B94A6CCFF805}
- \??\C:\Users\pc\AppData\Local\Temp\kxliikoc.sys

Also including RK logs in .txt format.

Hi Kestrel13,

I was following document "Vista, Win 7 and Win 8 Malware Removal/Cleaning Procedure". My current view is there is probably no malwares in those two computers which were checked. Asking here just to confirm if the messages I have pasted are harmless indeed.
