Please help before I throw my computer out the window!!!

I have been fighting with my computer for awhile now. About five minutes after I start it a message pops up saying LSA Shell needs to shut down, blah blah blah, if I want to report the problem. Then a box pops up and gives me a minute before I have to open up command prop and type in shutdown/a. I did a ton of virus scans, including stinger and aswclnr and both says nothing detected. Also my homepage keeps changing, I can not access certain web pages, and I can not burn cds. I'm going insaine!! Can anyone help me, I am running out of ideas on what to do. I have system restore disabled, I've rebooted my computer to fac. settings(more then once) I've ran ad-ware, any ideas I will try if I haven't do it already.

it certainly sounds like you have spyware, if not a virus. - sosaman
