Please help big big problem

Ok the problem first started when my avg would update, so i just got another one ashampoo anti-virus but it turned out to be just a trail so i was stupid and went on some dodgey site and downloaded .exe file (i cant belive how stupid i was everyone knows that they are full of viruses these days) and it came up with this self extraction wizard (i cant belive i fell for that ****) and now i keep getting these random files called eg 23993949.exe trying to access the internet but this happens like every 10 secs shocked yesterday they were just annoying because my zone alarm kept coming up with warnings and internet explorer kept poping up with websites even if i wasnt using it or on the net, so i used my zone alarm to block it. but now ive found i cant empty my recycle bin mad but even worse i cant install new programs for instance i tried to download some extra spyware stuff to see if they can get rid of it.

as i said earlyer about the random files they are .exe which aint good and i keep on blocking and deleting them but they keep on coming i cant find what is making them i think its in the recycle bin but i cant empty it, or install new programs to delete it.

when i say i cant install new programs i can download the install file but then it will stop after a few seconds and shut the install down.

the random files that keep on poping up are in : my c drive, documents and settings, josh, local settings,temp.
and ive been getting stuff from my virus scans like this tr/dldr.alphabet
