I'm not understanding what you're asking. Are you saying that you need the driver for an Intel 820801 audio device?

    Explain.
Is the card already installed in your machine, or do you need to find the card itself?
Or is the card installed but not working because you need the driver for it installed?

He already said that he needs the driver (well, sort of).

It's that "sort of" that has me confused.

Well, I took a stab at it. We'll see if he needs something else.

Without all the proper info, a stab is the best you can do.

    Hi

Please follow this guide below as written and "attach" the log from Everest, as the code you gave is an Intel Chipset but not necessarily the Audio driver you need, the best way to find the compatible driver is to let us know the Make and Model of the PC (say HP, ACER and the model version) or the Motheboard make and model, then from there we can link you to the exact driver.

Also in device manager (found in Control Panel > Administrative tools) do you have any yellow ! marks as this will highlight an number of other crucial drivers you may need and one is a re-requisite to the Audio driver working, in the Chipset, as you have SP2 then you will also need to download and install after then Chipet and a reboot the Microsoft HD Audio driver update (HD UAA) from HERE
So basically attach the log or look yourself as you are looking for the Make and Model of PC and/or the Motherboard make and model, then the order to install the drivers is:

Chipset and reboot (must reboot to properly install this driver)
Microsoft HD Audio driver (HD UAA)
Audio driver from maker of PC or Motherboard.
