Please help!! Got worm.win32.netsky

    I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of this worm I have
    Worm.win32.netsky but have looked around on the forums but I don't understand any of the manual instructions and don't have the money to pay for the software online. Could someone please help me with this? I'm NOT computer smart AT ALL!

    To get rid of this particular infection, please follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs with your next post. We need to see which files have been removed and which still need to be removed. If you have questions as you work through this exercise, do ask. Most people find that once they get started, the procedures are less complicated than they appear.
