Please help i am going crazy

When i open my IE it automatically goes to my homepage, no problems there, however when i type in another webpage to go to the browser takes me to www.globalgold.com and i cant go to any other webpages without 1st restarting the browser and going to a search engine (i use google) and linking to the page i want from a search

very annoying, i used add remove programs to remove a context tool and it has started since then

any help it most appreciated

edited to add i have run your clean up procudure but to no avail
