Please Help, I Have A Stubborn Form Of Trojan Downloader-gen

I have put probably 20 hours into trying to fix my computer, trying to avoid reinstalling windows at this point. I have tried superantispyware, malwarebytes, combofix, avg, spybot, vundofix, and a couple others in various order a few times and the computer has gotten better, I can access the control panel, yet there is still something there because on the right side of the toolbar there is a yellow triangle with an exclamation point that keeps giving me a message that says my computer is infected with spyware. I attached the hijackthis log. Thank you, Mike
