please help i need to get rid of blue screen!!

i keep getting a blue screen when i play WoW the stop code is 0x0000008E (0xc0000005, 0xBF1B9F8, 0xA7A1F99C, 0x00000000 ive had a couple fo people tell me its hardware they also tell em to download the BIOS and such but im not sure where to download em...id go to the products site but im not sure hwo to find out what hardware i have on my comp id be very greatful if someone could help me please! you can contact em on here or msn:shadow_jedah@hotmail.com or AIM:shadowjedah i have a dell 3100 if that tells anyone anythign T.T

 

Not 100% sure but after the latest patch 2.03, many users started experiencing BSODs and mangled interfaces and graphics (myself included). I don't believe there is a fix for it yet. Of course if you were experiencing this prior to 2.03 then you likely have other issues.

It is pretty common for spammers to use harvesters to collect email addresses from forums.
