please help im losing my mind

this stupid systemdefender thing keeps popping up telling me to download it stuff, i havent tho..i have tried removing it with noadwear, spydoctor, adwear, norman... nothing is working.. also i keep getting as's popping up like those sms love things and i have google tool bar with ad blocer but its not helping? please help me.... :crycry:confused

 

ok so i done what u said to do, i go rid of my existing av and downloaded avg and spybot s&d it seems to be running much better but it cant delet one virus called altnet? do u know what that is

In the instructions that Tim gave you the link for, it does not ask you to replace your antivirus. It requests that you run a number of different scans. These scans produce logs which allow us to look inside your computer and see what is leading to the problems you're having. Without these logs, it's difficult to help you. Additionally, if the instructions TimW gave you don't get rid of the problem, you may wish to also run Panda's online scan which requires Internet Explorer with Active X enabled. The link for that is here: Running Panda Active Scan

TimW can only help you when you've given him some information to work with and that takes a little bit of effort on your side. Please go through the instructions and attach the requested logs.
