Please Help in Dire Need of help

hello everyone as u can probably c i need help and i dont know where else to get it. My computer shuts down randomly and then restarts all by itself im not much of a computer guy but i know some stuff the only thing i know about my computer is i got a MSI motherboard, intel pro and some other stuff but i dont know if that matters. when my computer restarts a window comes up saying "your system has recovered from a serious error" i have the technical codes there:

Go to START/ Control Panel/ Performance & Maintenance/ System/ Advanced/ Startup and Recover/ Settings and untick the auto restart button and OK out. Next time it goes you will get a blue screen with 2 error messages. Post them both.

Sounds like your AVG is acting up but I'm not sure. If you have AVG then uninstall/reinstall it. Other than that, more smarter folk will have to take over.
