Please help me. For my computer's sake.

I am trying desperately to fix my friend's computer for him. When I got it, it was so full of pop-ups and viruses that it barely functioned. I followed the whole spyware tutorial, and removed over 20 viruses and hundreds of pieces of spyware. But every time I restarted, they would all just come right back. So I eventually gave up and did a system restore to factory settings (its an HP pavillion) and it seemed to be working ok. Now all the scans come out clean, but the computer is still slow and crashes non-stop, especially in IE. In safe mode it works fine (and that's how i was able to write this email), and I went through all the startup programs and everything seems fine. Here is my Hijack this file, if anyone has any tips or help, it would be most appreciated. Sorry, I ran all the things before the system restore. I ran them again and came up with nothing. The system is a Celeron 2.2Ghz with 248MB of RAM, and it takes forever on startup and crashes in IE nonstop. Sorry about posting the logfile wrong, I'll wait until you tell me to next time. Since the system runs fine in safe mode, it must me either a driver problem or a startup issue, right? Any suggestions on what to do next? Thanks again for your help.
