Please Help Me Get Rid of Vundo

I've run the FixVundo and the VundoFix programs and they found no vundo files but I still have McAfee detect Vundo every once in awhile. When I ran a whole computer scan there are no infected files found. This is really frustrating me. I ran a hijack this scan and looking through I found 1 file that doesn't look like it should be there:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: gebawtt - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\gebawtt.dll

The whole log from hijack is attached. If anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance
