please help me (HiJack Thread)

    First:
    Please update to Hijack This 1.99.1 but do NOT attach the log jus yet, procede to the next step.

    Second:
    Download and install Microsoft® Windows AntiSpyware during the install make sure you get any updates BUT BEFORE YOU START THE SCAN: Print or save these instructions locally now because you will have to be disconnected with no browsers open in the following steps.

    Please make sure ALL Browser Windows are Closed and also you should physically disconnect from the Internet by unplugging your cable. Do not reconnect or open a browser again until requested.

    Now allow the Microsoft Antispyware program to run a full scan. After it completes, reboot again in normal boot mode and continue the below steps.

    Third:
    After running Microsoft Antispyware run this online virus scan.


    After doing ALL of the above, post a fresh HJT log using the new version.

    I did the MS Antispyware, but the Trend Micro didnt want to work for me. Here is my HJT...hope you can help cause i'm about to go crazy with these pop-ups!

    You must not post logs inline! Please read the directions you were given again. Logs must be attached to your message.

    Also you did not shutdown your browser sessions. Try posting an attachment and shut down browsers before running HJT.

    What version of MS Antispyware are you running and what is the spyware definitions version?

    Also are you sure you ran it after booting into safe mode and that you had disconnected from the internet?

    You also still have not run the TrendMicro online scanner?
    You have a lot of problems showing in your log. Please make sure you run MS-AS in safe mode with the proper version 1.0.509 beta 1 and spyware definitions 5699!

    Also after that I would recommend you boot to normal mode and run!

    Bitdefender online scan
    RavAntivirus online scan <-- select Auto Clean then click Scan My PC
    TrojanScan online scan

    After running those scans! Exit browsers, run HJT and save a new log. The open your browser and attach a new log here for us to look at.

    Whoever gets to it first (PhilliePhan, bjgarrick, or myself) will continue providing help!
