Please help me I can'the get rid of this malware

Last week I started getting numerous pop ups every time I opened Microsoft IE. I ran Spybot S&D and it identified Isearchtech.YSB and ISearchtech.Powerscan. Spybot could not fix this threat. I did searches on the net and read how to get rid of it. I followed all of the directions but I keep getting reinfected. I followed all of the directions posted in the sticky thread on this forum. None have worked as every time I open IE the problem returns with multiple popups. I have used Spybot/Adaware/Ewido/Trend Micro Antipyware to clean things and thye seem to work until I open IE. Then the pop ups return and when I rerun the above programs everything comes back. I am not sure where this program is hiding. I need some help please. Thanks. Let me know what you want me to post as I have downloaded almost every product on the sticky thread.

 

I followed another thread and used the Symantec Vundo trojan removal tool and the other Vundo tool and then used Spysweeper. The pop ups have stopped. Here is my HJT log. Could you look at it and see if I am clean. Thanks.
