I have spyware terminator its a great program and easy to use.....but It keeps finding this trojan, and it says it can't delete it and restarts my computer.

    Trojan/S fraud: C:\WINDOWS\system32\dpfwu.dll

so i decided to use a different malware remover....so I found this thing called
    "kaspersky"
It didnt do anything....so i tried to delete it and unistall and it wont delete
off my desktop...gives me this message "CANNOT DELETE ADVDIS.PPL: ACCESS IS DENIED
MAKE SURE THE DISK ISN'T FULL OR WRITE PROTECTED OR THAT IT'S NOT IN USE"

I've tried everything, its not in my control panel under remove or delete programs...how do I delete it? I ended up getting a program called malware bytes:malware remover...
It found all the other malware but the trojan listed up above....
    ( Trojan/S fraud: C:\WINDOWS\system32\dpfwu.dll )
I used the malware bytes program to search thru kaspersky and it didnt find anything malicious in there.
but I still want to get rid of it and get rid of that trojan.

    any ideas?!
Please help! I'll be forever great full!

    Hi amanda irene!
    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Not everything is completely clear in your description. It sounds like you installed Kaspersky to try and get rid of something called Trojan/S Fraud, which it didn't find and then you were not able to uninstall Kaspersky and you still get warnings for Trojan/S Fraud. Is that correct?

Most antivirus programs cannot be just deleted. If Kaspersky was properly installed, it has an uninstall program listed under Start / All Programs / Kaspersky.

As for the trojan you found, it will be easiest for us to help you with that if you run the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs to your next post. Make sure your msconfig is in normal startup mode (see the instructions).

    Thanks!

    Hi amanda irene,
Kaspersky, like Norton or McAfee, is one of the reputable antivirus programs. And what about the trojan you're mentioning. Is it still there as well? The easiest way for us to help you effectively is if you post the logs we request in the link I gave you in post number 2. If you go to that link and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see a link for your operating system. Click on that and follow the instructions for downloading and running MGtools.exe. This will produce a log which will allow us to see what is going on in your computer and where the uninstall program might be located for Kaspersky. Please attach that log, which is called MGlogs.zip and which can be found directly under C (or the drive where your operating system is located).
    Thanks.
