Please Help Me With This Damm Virus

    hi i have this virus on my slave hard drive, its in a folder that is not accessible by anyone,

    i have run spy bot s&d and it does not find it, i also have avg anti virus and Norton system works 2005 i have attached a picture someone please help me get rid of this damm thing.

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

    You simply need to disable System Restore, reboot, scan again. Then enable System Restore. System Restore files cannot be touch by anything. All antivirus programs tell you this in their documentation.

    If you don't know how to disable/enable System Restore, seeDisable And Enable System Restore

    If you have more than one antivirus program installed (like AVG and Norton) you must uninstall all but one of them.
