Please Help Me

    hiya im computer keeps crashing. its running really slow, what ever im doing on the computer about 10-20 mins it crashes and i have to reboot it. i have ran virus checker and has come up with 2 viruses, i have removed them and it doesnt seem to have gone please can any1 help??
