Did your antivirus tell you which virus you where infected with? if so what was it as you may still have malware on your PC and the below guide is what we will need you to run, but in the meantime see if this helps you http://support.microsoft.com/kb/319114 first to clear up that message, then run the guide below to double check if any malware is still present.


Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
