Please help me

I want to clone my website,yes it is my website but the people that built it for me left after I payed them and if anything happens i wont know what to do.
I want to Clone every single detail of my website,any backdoors,keygens,serial codes every inch of it because ive been left high and dry and if anything goes wrong or the hosting company closes down or i want to reopen my site at another hosting site id like to make sure that I have every detail of my site because i wasnt given any details or even a recover DVD.
It doesnt matter if it takes 3 hours to Clone,As long as it gets every single detail of my intire website so that i can reopen it anywhere,also I heard that the guys whom built my site sometimes go in and mess things up,Ive had such problems where it showed that there were people inside the managment control and something would go wrong the following day so i would have to call on them to fix it,i wish i could Clone my website and be given all new code changes so that if they went in and messed it up and I reopened the identical site they would not beable to get into the mirrored or cloned version.Is there a free cloning software that can do this?Thank you most sincerly and kindly

As to any server side items, you will need access to hosting site.

 

Do you have FTP access to your website, e.g. to upload new items?

If so, use an FTP client like FileZilla to just download the whole website to your local PC. Zip it up to save space.
