Please Help Me!!

I connect with earthlink. Everytime I connect to the internet a window pops up in ie to a page that looks like yahoo but it isnt. I think the site addy comes up something like http://j0r.biz or something like that. I cant get it to go away and I think its messed with my computer bad. After a few minutes online I get an error that says Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. Shortly afterward my connection is shot. I have scanned and scanned with antiviruses, spyware scanners/detectors and anything I can think of, nothing is working. Please look at my hijackthis log and tell me if theres anything you can see causing any of my problems. Thank you.

The first thing to do is follow the tutorial which is listed below. Do not submit a HJT log until asked. When you are asked you must update it to the most recent version. Yours is out of date. It should then be posted as a .txt or .log file - not inline as you did.

This site has alot of good tools for cleaning up your computer. It's very important that the first thing you do is the following:

First, please follow ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal.
If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.
