Please help me

I keep getting the following coming up in my hijack log, and I am unable to get rid of it except for briefly:
HKCU\..\Run: [MealBat] C:\DOCUME~1\Jennifer\APPLIC~1\ObjSafe\Film Real.exe

If I am on an i.win site, I will be knocked off as soon as this appears in my log. I have deleted it, restarted. Run Adaware and Spybot at least 30 times each, deleted all cookies and temp files and yet this keeps coming back...can you help me please?

 

First, please follow ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal

After doing ALL of the above if you still have a problem:

Make sure you have HijackThis 1.99.1 and follow the guidelines on where to install it and how to post a log as an ATTACHMENT.

Now post a Hijack This log as an ATTACHMENT to your message (Do NOT copy/paste the log into your post). Please close unnecessary running programs before you run HijackThis. You must close each of the following: your web browser, e-mail client, instant messenger, and programs like notepad, wordpad, MS Word etc.

DO NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file. Place it in its own folder, for example C:\Program Files\HJT

 

I have followed all of the instructions in the link provided. When I got to bitdefender it found 26 infections. It deleted 5 of them, but was unable to get rid of the swizzor.ca/swizzor.cn/swizzor.cc trojan(s). It said "unable to disinfect". This trojan was not found by any of the other scans I performed, and I am unable to get rid of it.

 

Please attach a current HJT log as per my request in my previous post.
