please help me

Hi there I'm not very good with computers however I did just download hijack this.

I have a few problems I really hope somone can help me with. I always get adds poping up and in task manager it shows project1 showing up. I dont know what this is. I keep running spyware and virus checks but its not helping. anyway here is my hijack this log I really hope somone can help me.

• Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around..

• runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
• newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
• CounterSpy - ONLY IF you were not able to run Windows Defender
• Bitdefender (Step 6)
• Panda Scan (Step 6)
