Please help, my windows explorer ias experiencing an error

Hi,
everytime I try to right-click on the start button or any icon, it keeps giving me the problem encountering message and needs to close, apologize for the inconvinience...etc.

I see back in May you had this same infection. So the first thing I'm going to request is that you look over your older thread and follow anything that applies, mainly the 2 removal tools and some of the fixes.

Be sure you run both removal tools for Trojan Vundo as you have this infection once again.

Yes, the last clean up I did went successfully. I can finally get rid of that spyware banner I've been fussing about. But there's just been another new problem occured just last night, that when I tried to apply the old theme I used to have on before I got infected, suddenly everything turned to dark now.
So then I switched onto another account which is still normal, but I just have a problem with that error everytime I right-click on the start menu to open the windows explorer. The right-click does not work on all of the other accounts.
I don't know what else is the problem with that other account now(the one we've been trying to work on the infections removal). I can't even make any change on that one now cuz I can't see things there. I mean, all of the features are still working just fine, but the blackout is what makes me not able to view things.

 

Your last HJT log you attached showed Trojan Vundo. So run both removal tools for Vundo and then attach a new HJT log and we will go from there.
