Please help newbie: lop.com or about:blank?

Hi,

I'm new to forums and chat on line. I'm also not very good with computers. I have been reading through the site and there are very good ideas and thoughts. For 3 months I have been trying to fix this nasty piece of spyware, malware? with no luck. It just keeps reappearing. I sent a log. I think I sent it by the rules outlined. No one has responded. Speedy X said to send the log and I did. Have been waiting for two days for response with negative results. Could someone please help the Newbie.

That's the problem with people who do not really have the abilities to help, posting suggested procedures. They make you think that they can help you and that they know what they are doing. But in some cases that may not be true. They also make it more difficult for those of us who do provide frequent support here since your thread appears to be in progress already and we continue on to others needing attention.
