Please help no internet access

    I am attaching files with a zip drive from another computer.. I am unable to download upload or go on the internet.. through internet explorer. I subsribed to aol temperally just to get online. files attahed please help.

    begging for help!!

    We need the requested log from ComboFix

    When did your problems begin? Had you recently updated any sofftware including Windows and or IE?

    Are you saying the your problem is only occurring when you use IE? What happens if you download install and use Mozilla FireFox

    I did download the new internet explorer 8 and I think that just ruined me. I can not open the internet options under control panel. I can not upload files or download files.

    I have downloaded combo fix and put it on a disk then try to put in on my computer and when I run it .. it is just a blue screen???? Is that right????

    I asked you to trying installing and using FireFox. Please do this and tell me if it works.

    Problems with IE8 will have to be dicussed in the Software Forum.
