Please help - OneStep Search

Hi.

Could someone help me with regard to removing OneStep Search spyware from my computer:

This is the message I get from my Anti Spyware, Anti Virus, Firewall protection (Bell Sympatico Security Manager):

Anti-Spyware failed to delete OneStep Search.
Spyware Item Location:
hkey_local_machine/system/currentcontrolset/enum/root/legacy_one.../0000

I have tried running Spybot and Spyware Terminator as well. The pop up message from Bell Sympatico Manager keeps showing up even after I run these programs. I do not know if Bell Sympatico Security Manager has quarantined it (it does not show up in any quarantine list). I cannot (do not know how to) locate these files on my computer. It does not come up in 'Add/ Remove Programs'

Please help!
