Please help protect children

Last week on Oprah her show was about Internet Predators. Actually thats not an appropriate term for these monsters.
I couldn't watch the show last week it was sooo shocking so disgusting, sicking I had to turn the channel. The camera panned out across the audience and every single person was wiping their eyes or covering their ears.
I knew things like this went on but not to the extent I heard about. These sick bastards even put out a publication on how to enhance the experience. It ranges from infants to toddlers so on.
The things these monsters do to their own children in unconscionable. This is an act I would elect for the death penalty.
They do these horrific acts over the internet. I can't imagine, I'm having such a hard time typing here with visions of children filling up in my eyes and escaping as tears. I can't talk about what it is exactly is done, I can say it is truly sicking and no child should ever endure .
Anyway, if you would take a moment to fill out this request for your senators to pass (Senate Bill 1738, the PROTECT Our Children Act) you may be saving a precious child from this torture.

As im from the UK sadly i cant but i would gladly.

Any measures that can be taken aginst these animals should be taken.

I had an awful night, kept waking thinking of those poor babies. Let me see if I can make it a little easier. The beginning of he show a week after this subject matter,she said he had gotten the worst email ever. She read one or part of one that said she couldn't do anything about it and there were 9,000 (male body parts) in a child now.
If anyone is thinking it's too much money, it perhaps a matter of reassigning funds from like - helicopters and man power looking for pot instead actually protecting.

Dear Senator:

I know that you believe, like I do, that we must do everything possible to protect children from sexual predators. That is why I am asking for your help.

Last year alone, U.S. law enforcement identified over 300,000 criminals who were trafficking in movies and pictures of young children being raped and tortured. Experts say that one in every three of these criminals has local child victims. Child pornography trafficking over the Internet has given us a trail of evidence that leads straight to their doorsteps, but the vast majority of these children will never be rescued because investigators are overwhelmed, outnumbered and underfunded.

As your constituent, I urge you to do everything in your power to pass the PROTECT Our Children Act (S. 1738, Biden-Hatch). This bipartisan legislation passed the House 415-2, but it is now the victim of petty partisan politics.

Now that we know where these children are and how to protect them, there is no excuse for the Senate to fail to take action this session.

I am a great believer of castration for sexual abuse of any kind.

a woman has a chance to fight off the attacker but kids have no way to retaliate.

My wife would tell you it's one of the subjects that gets me so upset and angry,i have always said my idea of punishment for molesting children should be to hang the man up and get the biggest jailer to kick him in the b$$$s 3 times and tell him he gets the same thing every day for the whole of his incarceration, his suffering still would not come close to the trauma of a young child.

 

I second that motion. I don't think jail is by any means appropriate as now it's akin to a motel, with room service and free HBO. The death penalty takes millions in tax payer dollars because these jack-asses are on death row for upwards of 20 years.

And you know what? THEY LET THEM USE THE INTERNET.

I'm personally a big fan of mob justice in these cases. Throw them to the victims. But don't kill them.. let them live with the nightmares and the scars for the rest of their disgusting lives just like these poor children will have to.

 

I thinks these bastards should die a slow and painful death. Lethal injecection would be too nice for them. They should be hung by thier toes over a boiling pot of lava until they fall in.
Well, that might be a little drastic, but they don't deserve to live.

 

The internet is the topic, I probably didn't explain it very well on the other hand don't see how I can without getting graphic.
It is their source of exposure. I'm assuming it's being done by parents of these children according to the things that are being done to infants, toddlers, up to who knows what ages.
There has become , I don't know what to call it, an alliance a network of these sickos, 9,000 strong.
Printing an instruction manual on things to do to these babies to put online is horrible. Some are video where you can hear the babies scream in pain. (DEAR GOD)
These are kids who will grow up with so much hate they will commit suicide, turn to drugs, kill other people. It takes their innocence their little souls.
Like I mentioned before these are the criminals who should be the object of attention to law enforcement, instead of some one growing a pot plant.
I'm wishing now I never seen it, I still can't sleep, have visions in my head of babies being raped, it can drive you crazy.

 

I understand what you are saying Darlene about them having access to the internet but my comment was about convicted pedophiles.

As most of you know i have lived in many countries and in Turkey they put child molesters in the general prison and make it known who they are,normally they do not live very long.

Well, like I mentioned before, the money is there, it's a matter of priority how it's spent.
It could be used to seek out and apprehend these worthless pieces of-- or keep on using drug sniffing dogs and helicopters to find drugs.

I am anti drugs, with the exception of marijuana which I do not consider a drug, alcohol being more of a danger.
Although to use all that equipment and man power on someone who (with no actual crime involved) is in their home using boggles my mind.
If they are going to catalog (drugs) they have to include alcohol, we all know how that went

Although none of us wants to think about crimes against children, we must. Children between the ages of 12 and 17 are twice as likely as adults to be victims of violent crimes. According to the National Incident-Based Reporting System, 26 percent of violent crime victims and 70 percent of all sexual assault victims are under the age of 18. Those statistics tell me we are not doing enough to protect our children.

That is why I am an original co-sponsor of S.1738, the Combating Child Exploitation Act. This legislation would create a Special Counsel for Child Exploitation Prevention and Interdiction in the Justice Department and establish a central federal internet task force. S.1738 would also set up a grant program to ensure that state and local task forces have consistent and adequate resources, improve computer forensic labs, and fund additional federal agents within the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Customs and Border Protection, and the U.S. Postal Service, to focus exclusively on child exploitation.

As a mother, a grandmother, and as a Senator, I believe there is no greater obligation than the safety and well-being of our children. Rest assured, I will continue working to ensure law enforcement has the resources it needs to keep our children safe.
