Please Help Somebody!!!!

    The only thing I have on my computer is Spybot and every morning when I run it it comes up with the same exact things. Even when I delete them and they are gone they keep coming back.. Why?? How do I get rid of them for good? They are People on Page - AproposMedia - Flashtrack Flashenhancer - Rotue - Peper - Targetsaver.. These same 6 things keep appearing every single time I turn my computer on. Please oh please someone help .. Thank you, any information would be nice
