please Help us

Ok, I m new here and i came for some help with my pc i dont know what is going on with it. i have down loaded ad-aware se used it and it seems to be working but my browser always comes up about blank i cant check my email though yahoo and i cant play any games online it wont do much of anything and i have no idea of what to do a couple years ago i had a "nice hacker" hack in and fix my coumputer is there a place i can do that now where i dont have to worry about being worse off than i am now???? i also have winpatrol but i downladed it after the problem started. this program shows an ie helper that shouldnt be there but when i try to erase it it wont let me

You may have the about:BLANK virus. There is a special tool in the tutorial for it.
This site has alot of good tools for cleaning up your computer. It's very important that the first thing you do is the following:

First, please follow ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal.
If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.
