Please Help, Very Slow Computer

Hi Friends,

Computer is running very slowly. I have disabled system restore, installed newest versions/updates and run Norton Anti-Virus, SpyBot, Ad-Aware, and Ewido.

Many things were detected & removed from running the programs, they helped a lot, but it's still not right (still much slower than normal).

I also still get an error on startup (Win XP) saying (16 Bit Subsystem) "WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT" is not suitable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I have attached my HijackThis log file, and Ewido reports below.

For the above problem you need to run one of the below based on which version of WinXP you are using:

For Windows XP Pro: download and run XPproFix
For Windows XP Home: download and run XPHomeFix

For you other issues, you must follow forum guidelines for cleaning before posting HJT logs.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
