PLEASE HELP windows charm bar

    well it was working the charms bars were off. but i had to refresh my computer and now i cant get those annoying charms bars to turn off. and yes i have done the regit.exe route and have it turned off in the pc settings. but they still come back so what can i do please help

    Hi...You can access those settings by going to the Metro screen

    Start typing Settings> Click on PC Settings> Click on PC and devices > Corners and Edges

    ugh ok i have done everything that has been suggested. and the charms bar is still active. its becoming a rpita!! i am using windows 8.1 any other suggestions? thanks in advance
