Please help with HIghjackThis

Hi I'm writting because I fallow the directions on how to download the HighjackThis but everytime I want to run it thi comes out:This Application has failed because MSVBVM60.DLLwas not found,RE-installing the application may fix the problem.Well I did reinstalled and the samething happend can someone help me please I have a lot of malware and junk that I want to remove out of my computer Please any one your help or opinion will be very much appriciated also does anyone knows of any application that will help me clean out my computer I mean start fresh I have to much junk ,spyware everything you can think of on this computer and sometimes it takes for ever to open the internet and I have optimum also sometimes it takes for ever to reload pages any bady knows of someone that can clean up your computer remotely and is good and certified I don't want to kill it either PLEASE HELP!!!!
