please help with hijack this!!

i am trying to help a friend with a bad popup problem it is very bad i am using firefox and it wont even let me type in this box for more than 30 sec. PLEASE HELP

Please read and follow forum guidelines. Now logs should be posted until cleaning procedures have been run and then proper procedures for installing and running HJT must be followed. Also HJT logs must be attached.

Please follow the steps below:

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

- Now also run the steps in this because you have Look2Me: Look2Me VX2 Removal

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:
