Please help with Malware

My friends computer runs really slow sometimes and things won't even load. And sometimes it runs ok and you can use it for a bit before it stops working again. I did run and read me first and am attaching my logs. There are only 3 because malware bytes froze and it wouldn't finish and the same with hitman pro. I have no internet access on that laptop so I downloaded all programs to my external hard drive and then installed them on the other laptop. All of them installed fine, really slow, and loaded up. Only those 2 wouldn't finish. Please help

What are you using for virus protection? Symantec?

I am not finding any malware. But let's have you do this:

Please download ComboFix to your desktop. Turn off any AV software you have before you run it. Attach the log when finished. Do not do anything while it is running or it may stall the program.

Combofix made it to stage 50 and now has just been stuck there for about 2 hours For virus protection, he had Norton but he said he bought it on ebay and I thought maybe that was the problem, so I uninstalled it. What should I do?

Abort Combo. I think you are having system errors. Let's try one other thing before I send you to the software forum.

Download Windows Repair by Tweaking.com and unzip the contents into a newly created folder on your desktop.

Now run Repair_Windows.exe by double clicking on it ( if you are running Vista or Win 7, use right click and select Run As Administrator)

Now select the Start Repairs tab.

The click the Start button.

Create a System Restore point if prompted.

On the next screen, click the Unselect All button to first deselect all repairs.

Now select the following repair options:

Reset Registry Permissions

Reset File Permissions

Register System Files

Repair WMI

Repair Windows Firewall

Remove Policies Set By Infections

Repair Winsock & DNS Cache

Repair Proxy Settings

Repair Windows Updates

Set Windows Services To Default Startup

Now on the lower right side check the box to Restart/Shutdown System When Finished

Then make sure the Restart System radio button is enabled.

Shutdown any other programs that you are running now before continuing.

Now click the Start button.

Be patient while the tool repairs the selected items.

It should reboot automatically when finished.

OK its running. But its super slow. Its been going for 16 hours and its still on the first repair job still. I think it is working because the modified number keeps going up by increments of 500 under administrator reset registry permissions. It starts working for a few seconds and then stops a lot. How long does it usually take? Should I keep it going?
